Description
The Göreme Open Air Museum is a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring rock-cut churches, chapels, and monasteries dating back to the 10th-12th centuries. The site contains some of the finest examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia, with well-preserved frescoes depicting biblical scenes.
